All videos, PDFs, charts, and strategies are exclusive intellectual property of NitishFX. Sharing or reproducing content without permission results in immediate access termination without refund.

6. Community Code of Conduct

• No spam or self-promotion in community channels
• Respect all members and moderators
• Never share paid course content externally
• Violations result in removal without refund

Refund Policy

Courses — Elite Pack & Elite Pro

No refund is provided once course platform access has been granted. We encourage you to review all course details, sample videos, and the free content on our YouTube and Telegram channels before enrolling.

Monthly Mentorship Batch

A full refund may be requested up to 48 hours before the batch start date. No refunds are issued after the batch begins.

Sniper Spread (Monthly Signals)

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No partial refund is provided for the current active month. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.

Discord Community (Monthly)

Same as Sniper Spread — cancel anytime, no partial refund for the current month.

1-on-1 Sessions

Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. No refund for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
